We've moved the Stargate team from Cheyene Mountain to Des Moines. We then sent them to the world of the television series Birds of Prey. The normal team was left intact, except for giving Teal'c a lot of gold chains and renaming him "Mr. Teal'c."

After writing this script, The SciFi Channel aired a Stargate: DC-1 episode entitled, "Metamorphosis" which had a very similar plot. However, instead of encountering the Goa'uld Nurrti, the DC-14 team ran into one Dr. Harleen Quinzel.

The commercials were designed so that the product they were "selling" would show up in the following scene. These included "Lexus Certified Pre-Owned Stargates" and "Oracle Wireless."
