Take his roles for example. In TICC'd Off, Joe played an actor playing the part of the Stainless Steel Rat in a play within a play where the main stage focus was final dress rehearsal and backstage. In Weekend at Beanies, he played a cartoon space captain while everyone else within the cast basically played themselves.
Joe's roles have also been dangerous. He was almost killed by a Terminator in Deep Spaced Blackadder, while having to be cut from the belly of a Raptor in the ill-fated T-Rex, A-Go-Go. After a wrestling injury during the performance of CPU-TV, Joe's brains were so scrambled that he could only speak Klingon for the now infamous Dances with 'Droids.
Shot at and chased, due to a miscue, in Dread Brass Balls, Joe was put on waivers and traded to K.C. for a shoulder injury and then traded again to a Des Moines madrigal, where he sustained a quarterstaff injury to the neck, and was subsequently traded back to TICC for a player to be named later.
Joe will next be appearing in the title role of an eighth grade production of Beetlejuice at the Stansfield Academy.
